RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The client retains the right to cancel a purchase within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Every purchase infact is covered under the law governing the right to cancel a purchase. The eventual request for reimbursement must be sent via mail or fax, and no explanation is necessary.

By written communication, the client must manifest their desire to exercise their right to cancel the purchase and must specify the item in question, the date of purchase and the invoice number. The client will then be called directly by Luca Tonarelli Jewelers, who will transmit a Cancellation Code, along with all the instructions and clarifications germane to the case.
The client, at their expense, will send the package to the store. The client will receive a refund equivalent to the price paid for the product.

The refund will take place as soon as the item is returned, in pristine condition, to the store, along with the original packaging and its contents. The refund will occur within the shortest possible time by way of a bank tranfer or a non-transferrable check. It is furthermore possible to exchange the item for a voucher towards the purchase of another product on the online Luca Tonarelli Jewelers store.
